Sears Fire (2020)
The Sears Fire was a massive forest fire in Maricopa County, Arizona.
In 2020, Arizona saw one of its worst fire seasons in state history. 200,000+ acres burned in Maricopa County, with the Sears Fire contributing about 7% at 14,476 acres. The fire started near the Sears-Kay Ranch and burned from September 25-October 11, 2020.
